We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making time to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, with daily cleaning service. The food selection was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. We were pleasantly surprised by the traditional Turkish food available, and the Turkish tea and coffee offered was a nice touch. The hotel had great facilities, including a playground and rabbits for entertainment. The location was near the waterslide, which was a fun addition. We were also impressed by the awards this hotel has received.

We couldn't have asked for friendlier and more helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff, in particular, deserve credit for their exceptional service. The hotel itself was impeccable, with the cleaning staff doing an amazing job. The rooms were clean and the all inclusive food and drinks were good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was excellent, with a great variety and high quality. The staff, with one exception, were very friendly and the animation was perfect. We also loved the beautiful location in the mountains, which allowed us to take trips around the area using the local buses. Additionally, the hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned every day. The outside view of the hotel and the entire territory was also stunning, with a lot of flowers and green plants. The hotel truly deserves the price we paid.
