The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being spotless and well-maintained. The facilities offered were top-notch, especially the adequate heating in the room during the cold weather. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the metro station and within walking distance to the grand bazaar.

The hotel had great transportation options nearby, with bus stops, a tram station and a metro station all within walking distance. The staff was polite, positive, and friendly. Two women who cleaned our rooms were lovely and ensured our stay was clean and safe.

The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the metro station and within walking distance to the main attractions of this city.
