We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the guest relations team, were amazing and kind to our kids. They provided drawing stuff and even helped us with public transportation to a nearby kids' park. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had great spa facilities, including a pool that was open until late. The guest relation manager was always happy to help and genuinely cared about the guests. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and taxis, as well as a nearby shopping mall. the staff, cleanliness, and facilities made our stay truly enjoyable.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options that changed daily. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the service staff did an amazing job. The location was great, just a short walk from the metro station. Additionally, the hotel was quiet and soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay. this hotel was worth every penny, and I hope to stay here again in the future.

I had the best stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and cosy, providing a high level of comfort and privacy. The staff, including Lilia, Helin, Mehmet, and Vedat, were all very welcoming and cooperative. Even the bell boys and room service staff were gentle and respectful. The hotel spa services were also excellent, with everything being clean, tidy, and well-organized. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to all major tourist attractions. Being right beside the tube from the airport made it incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Throughout my stay, I received excellent service from the room service team on the fifth floor, and they were always respectful and nice.
