Cleanliness was top-notch, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of popular shopping and food streets. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with everything from check-out to finding restaurants and transportation.

The location is perfect, close to all the attractions, super cafe and restaurant, and the tram 1 line. The hotel facilities are amazing, with a swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful.
