Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless, both in the rooms and in the common areas. Hotel facilities: There were plenty of activities and facilities available, ensuring there was always something to do. Transportation: It was easy to get around this city thanks to the hotel's convenient location and access to transportation options. Staff: The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to provide excellent service, from the Thomas Cook Rep' Josh who gave honest recommendations, to the friendly and welcoming Umut, Zeki, Necmettin, Mustafa.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas always well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful beach and the luxurious night show area. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the city center. The staff, especially the helpful guest relations and reception personnel, made our stay even more enjoyable.
