The staff were friendly and professional, despite being understaffed. The hotel facilities were great with plenty of swimming pools and playgrounds for kids. The cleanliness of the complex was impressive, with a fabulous garden and no issues with mosquitoes or flies. The beach was easily accessible and the location was convenient, with restaurants nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, despite being understaffed. They were working hard to meet the needs of all the guests, even in the scorching heat of August. The beach and the restaurant were both excellent, with delicious food and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pools and access to sister hotels, were a great advantage. The entertainment at night was enjoyable, with interesting shows and fun parties in the football field. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional, despite being understaffed. They were friendly and professional, working hard to meet the needs of guests in the scorching August heat. The reception desk, pool staff, bar staff, and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. The coffee house in the K Club had the best espresso, and the personnel there were kind. The fresh ice cream at Selena Hotel and the pool area were also excellent. The ability to use the facilities of the sister hotels, Selena and Fulya, was a great advantage, especially for families with kids. The entertainment at night was enjoyable, with interesting shows and bonus parties in the football field. The food and service at the Turkish and seafood restaurants were both outstanding. the staff did their best given the circumstances, and I had a sunny vacation without any problems.
