We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Fatih in the restaurant, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. They even upgraded our room to a king suite, which was a kind gesture. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the city center where we found supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The hotel itself had amazing views and a fabulous restaurant. The food, especially the famous "testi kebap," was delicious. We also appreciated the hotel's involvement in organizing tours, balloon excursions, and airport transfers. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
