We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room size was very comfortable, and the hotel facilities, including the spa and relaxation facilities, were excellent. The location of the hotel, right in front of the stunning Abant Lake in the national park, was simply breathtaking. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the free parking provided. The breakfast and dinner options were extensive and delicious, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We especially want to thank Kursad from reception for his excellent job in arranging transportation and tours, and Abdullah the bellboy for his warm smiles that always made us feel welcome.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, right on the lake with beautiful surroundings. We loved being able to enjoy the stunning view and scenery from the cafe and restaurant by the lake. Additionally, the hotel's half board option included a delicious breakfast and dinner with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, from the rooms to the swimming pool and sauna. We were impressed by the variety and quality of the food served during the complimentary breakfast and dinner. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant experience throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay here, from the moment we arrived, the welcoming was good and the reception staff was ok. One of the best things about this hotel was the free Wi-Fi everywhere without a password, making it convenient for us to stay connected. The evening meal was truly up to the region's fame for fine cuisine, and the breakfast spread was very abundant. Another highlight was the hotel's excellent location, probably at the best place around the lake Abant. The breathtakingly beautiful nature surrounding the hotel provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

Excellent location with a beautiful view of the lake Abant. Very clean and comfortable rooms, with a quiet atmosphere. Free breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety of delicious food options. Friendly and helpful staff, except for one person at reception.
