I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff, from the office staff to the kitchen staff, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and sincere. They exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and made me feel at home. The Superior Room I stayed in was not only comfortable, but also had a beautiful castle-like architecture carved into the natural domes of this city, creating a unique and breathtaking experience. The geological formations were truly stunning. Additionally, the breakfast provided was lovely and the hotel's location near the Sheraton and Hilton hotels, as well as the Australian embassy, made it convenient for exploring the area.
